SGC App – Your Gateway to Connectivity

Stay in the know - enable Notifications in the app and never miss an update from the chamber! Get real-time alerts on essential business insights, upcoming events, and exciting new Merchants, all at your fingertips, wherever you go.
Installation:
- Upon opening the app, you will see the login page of the App. An account has been prepared for all members of the chamber and will require your actions to finish the setting up process. To finish setting up the account, click on the Reset/Forgot Password link, which will bring you to the page to key in the email address you have registered with the SGC.
- Upon keying in your email address, a temporary password will be generated and sent to your email address; please use this password and email address to login to the app.
- The next page will prompt you to change your password.
- Please enable biometric login for added security. In the Side Menu of the App (accessible by clicking on the menu icon in the top left corner), click on the Settings option, which will show you to option to enable biometric logins for the app.
- Consider enabling Push Notifications for the app as well; the option to turn on push notifications can be found in the same settings menu in the Side Bar.
- In the Bottom Menu bar, go to the My Account tab and check and update your personal information, by clicking on the edit icon in the top right corner. You can also select a picture to be used.

FAQ
Are my SGC membership dues tax-deductible?
SGC membership fees are not tax-deductible.
Is the membership transferable?
The corporate membership is generally transferable to an alternate personnel of the company. The company is required to fill up a ‘Transfer of Membership’ form including the details of the proposed new member and send back to SGC. We will update our database thereafter.
My company paid my membership. What happens if I leave my job?
The corporate membership can be transferred to a colleague. No entrance fee will be charged. You can contact the membership department to obtain the ‘Transfer of Membership’ form.
How to terminate my membership?
Any member may terminate his membership by writing in to the Executive Director with three (3) months’ notice to the end of the financial year and pay all monies due to the Chamber. The termination letter can be sent by e-mail or normal post. This should follow a completion of the termination form which can be obtained from the membership department.
