Christoph Hering is the Director of the Innovation Center at the German Chamber of Commerce in China (AHK Greater China), based in South China's Greater Bay Area. In this capacity, Christoph leads AHK Greater China's efforts to help German companies discover the most effective approach to innovation in China. Drawing on his extensive experience in founding a Fintech startup in Germany and developing software platforms in manufacturing track and trace and healthcare in Europe, USA and China, Christoph offers consultation and insights on the China innovation ecosystem, as well as guidance for German companies looking to improve their innovation strategies in China. He also conducts thorough market research and creates detailed industry reports about innovation in China, providing unparalleled insights into how Chinese companies are innovating in China.

Specifically, Christoph concentrates on several industry sectors in China, including automotive, industry 4.0, healthcare, digitalization, sustainability, energy, social media, chemistry, and the startup ecosystem.
